- Fix Angular JIT compilation error in constraints template (add @angular/compiler import, convert to NgModule)
- Fix Angular templates using 100vh instead of 100% (causing overflow with header)
- Add app-root height styling to template.html for Angular custom elements
- Fix gridview Vue referencePanel passing object instead of string ID
- Fix missing CSS imports in gridview/splitview/paneview React templates
- Fix Vue gridview/splitview/paneview templates using wrong prop structure
- Fix lowercase orientation enum values (horizontal -> HORIZONTAL)
- Fix TypeScript templates using window.innerWidth/Height instead of container dimensions
- Add explicit layout() call in Angular splitview template
