Found where the STIX license changed on main
That places it at right at the beginning of using MESON, so I pulled licenses from previously published wheels when putting this together originally
I'm good with syncing that to the license version on main now

I also trimmed some whitespace on some lines. I'm only uncertain why STIX changed?
