How to enable live session?

First of all. Thank you for the tool. Looking good, most of the recent tools I used has bad token calculation, discovery or not even working for the recent changes from Anthropic.

I don't see a live session happening. Even after stopped, finished a session took a while to actually see the data.
There are any config somewhere or on my Claude config.

I'm using the brew installed version. Latest update. 0.4.16

I have here also an example of 2 turns of an ongoing chat.

The cache-read is added to the final price/value? So 85k one turn, next turn become 85+88? Or it's only the difference that is actually counted? Many tools sum, do different calculations which make it double or even triple the amount sometime, and I never now how to trust.
