Fixed and issue the the translate button in posts having text overlap with the rest of the UI.

This is the first release of Tangerine UI Neue. Forgive the brief release notes, but notable changes in this initial release include:

User-facing

• Mastodon 4.6 is the new minimum supported version (4.7, which is in beta, is also supported)
• New theme: Granite
• Several improved defaults for color contrast, as well as more robust support for high-contrast (both Mastodon's setting as well as the user's device setting)

Development-facing

• Deduplicated some code for the 5 themes
• New build process to generate custom css files
