teach skill may not always be a good idea for LLM

I want my teacher to be correct, all the time.

I have found /teach to get things wrong few times, which make sense because it's LLM, but had a had a real professor, I would not expect them to wrong as much.

it is still useful, but something I wanted to let you know.
