[Request] Video upload & player support

A nice addition would being able to also upload and add videos to your journey gallery and activities.

Some suggestions:

1. Support it through manual upload
2. Support it through gallery upload from Synology and Immich
3. Compress videos upon save to decrease response sizes
   A. With two-way photo sync still upload original size to Synology or Immich
4. Basic video player, like VideoJS or Plyr

Nice to haves:

1. Video trimming during upload

I second this. The Immich photo integration works really well. Would be great if you could also link to videos from Immich.

Thanks @roel-de-vries — and @twinmoonsllc, this is landing in 3.2.0:

• Upload & play videos in the journey gallery and on activities. Pick a video like a photo; a poster frame is captured in the browser, the grid shows it with a play badge, and it plays in a Plyr player with seeking (local videos stream with HTTP range).
• Link videos from Immich — exactly what you asked for, @twinmoonsllc. Immich videos now show up alongside photos and play through Immich's transcoded stream.

Two things I deliberately left out of this first round, to be upfront:

• Compression / transcoding on save. TREK's server is a single, deliberately slim self-hosted process with no ffmpeg, so transcoding video there doesn't fit well. For now videos are stored as-is with a generous size cap and range streaming, rather than re-encoded. I'd rather revisit this as its own considered step than bolt on a heavy media pipeline.
• Trimming and Synology video — follow-ups (Synology once I've verified its video stream API).
