Change order of items in list

For both packing list and to-do list, it would be nice to be able to change the order once something is added. If you have an item that you forgot to add that makes a little more sense next to other items then it would be nice to keep it by that item. I think everyone tends to have an order to how they think about packing and it would be annoying to have to redo a list just to have it in an order logical to the user.

For to-dos, this would be nice to be able to put P1 items towards the top of the list or next to other related to-dos.

Packing and to-do list items are now drag-to-reorder. Coming in 3.2.0 — thanks for raising it!
