- Add tzf-rs + chrono-tz deps for lat/lon → IANA tz lookup
- Status bar shows local HH:MM TZ alongside UTC
- Almanac 24h plot anchors to local midnight instead of UTC midnight
- T key pre-fills datetime input with local time; parses input as local
- Z key lets user manually override timezone (IANA name)
- Lat/lon changes auto-re-detect timezone
