decorator error on newly created files

Hi,
Vs code showing following error when using decorators

Experimental support for decorators is a feature that is subject to change in a future release. Set the 'experimentalDecorators' option in your 'tsconfig' or 'jsconfig' to remove this warning.

But when i run the code it compiles and run successfully without any problem.

Looks like this is the issue with VsCode. When i import TestModule into AppModule the error goes out.
