Add Support for Claude Platform on AWS

AWS just announced the general availability of Claude Platform on AWS — Anthropic's native platform experience (APIs, console, beta features) accessed through existing AWS credentials and billing, no separate Anthropic account needed.

Any plans to add support for this as a provider in Bifrost?
