feat: Add text rotation feature

• Added a rotation handle for the texts to be rotated.

Summary

• Instead of normal text widget, created a new TextBoxWidget which handles selection, rotation, dragging, etc about the text written.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

• No breaking changes, but we need to update the text_item_model.dart as it has been updated to include new parameters.
