hvtop v0.8.1

Fixed:

• S2D Physical Disk detection code wasn't exactly robust, now it behaves correctly with data disks and cache SSDs. Needed to use some ugly Powershell code for the initial mapping of Physical Disks and counters. (Get-StorageBusClientDevice)
• Deleted Hyper-V checkpoints left an inconsistent display line (a checkpoint limbo. is there a checkpoint? maybe. maybe not). now it's fixed. There is a delay between committing the checkpoint and displaying the correct tree, because querying the checkpoint status is quite slow, but will look into this in the next release.
