Extract each module from volgo_stdlib into its own file (absolute_path0, array0, bool0, char0, fsegment0, hashtbl0, int0, list0, option0, ordering0, queue0, relative_path0, result0, sexp0, string0), introduce stdlib0 as the alias aggregator, and reduce volgo_stdlib to `include Stdlib0`.
