• Added a -buffer command for buffering points, lines and polygons.
• The -buffer topological option is for buffering groups of adjacent polygons so the buffers extend into the empty space around the polygons without overlapping any of the original polygon rings.
• The web UI sidebar can be split vertically to show both the layers menu and the console.
