Implementation
Added width and height in em units to realtime icon so that it will scale with the user's selected font size.

How to test
Load any route with realtime tracking (and optionally crowding info to compare). Adjust Chrome's font-size setting (not zoom) to test that the realtime icon scales accordingly.
