Summary
Ticket: Favorite stops getting deleted on Android
This seems like the most obvious cause for unintentional favorite deletion but it's still unclear why this was happening. I added a removal reason field to the existing logging so we can get a little more insight on where things are going wrong and commented out the code that would perform deletion.
