Sessions now heal: a run killed mid-tool (deploy, crash) resumes cleanly instead of bricking the session, and context assembly reads the store exactly once. Empty completions retry under the standard policy instead of ending a run in silence. Gemini no longer merges consecutive user turns, which made it answer empty candidates. The spawn tool takes an optional name, so fan-out streams read as pricing-scout#a41f.
