What's Changed

• Added support for custom roll commands. Prepend a / to the button's formula and it will replace the normal roll commands, e.g. /dr on the Daggerheart system (#89).
• Added support for the Daggerheart system.
• Dice Creator's Image field has been moved to the Optional section since it wasn't actually required.
• Fixed number-incrementing buttons prepending the next number instead of increasing it (e.g. 1 -> 21 instead of 2).
