Windows path validation (#12): replaced hardcoded / with path.sep and startsWith("/") with path.isAbsolute() — all file operations now work on Windows
moveMcp for .claude.json project scope (#11): scanner now carries claudeJsonProjectKey for servers under projects[repoDir].mcpServers; mover reads/deletes from correct nesting level
Restored Playwright config: 138 E2E tests passing
