FreeRTOS (11.0.1) runtime not visible anymore

Runtime stats are not visible anymore for FreeRTOS v11.0.1. I checked with the same program for v10.6.x.x and was working.
Displays ??.??% for task runtime.

I'm seeing this issue even running the latest code with PR #44 merged. I tracked it down to a difference in the type of ulTotalRunTime between V10 and V11. PR #57 fixes it for me.
