FF145 supports returning a
CSSStylePropertiesfor element style blocks rather than aCSSStyleDeclarationin https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1989925 (CSSStylePropertiesitself was added in FF144).This adds a release note.
