Made the values section better follow [MDN values section template](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/MDN/Writing_guidelines/Page_structures/Page_types/CSS_property_page_template#values). Explained HDR at first occurrence. Made dynamic range look more like it ws being defined. Clarified descriptions of the 'dynamic-range-limit' property values and improved the overall explanation of dynamic range in the context of HDR and SDR.
