Fixes

The expand, anchor and visibility buttons in a module's header fill the full header height again, and their keyboard focus outline stays a single clean row even when the label wraps onto several lines.

Module cards are no longer a keyboard tab stop, so ⇥ moves straight through each module's controls instead of stopping on the card wrapper first.
