How to import SRT when we change parameter "SRT Source" for re-transcribe base our SRT in GUI version?

Hello, anyone know how to import SRT? i want to use SRT Source for re-transcribe using my own SRT timestamp, i don't see any button for add SRT in GUI... anyone can help? or dev forget to add button for import SRT?
