Enable `metadata` filtering in graph

Here we would also accept metadata param and query the ne04j accordingly

@deshraj @Dev-Khant This is a conflicting feature to be added to OSS. As metadata filtering is available for the Platform and not for the OSS version which causes an issue. Trying to us metadata filtering with OSS not only throws error with the vectorstore side but will become a conflict of interest as well.

If the only way to search is to return all memories then the product is not fit for purpose.

I’d say this is about the #1 priority!
