- Install ruby as a dependency and add it the PATH envvar - Drop an empty .global_env file to the DATADOG_DIR
- This patch resolves a race condition between checking for existence of
$DATADOG_DIR/dist/conf.d/logs.d directory and creating it.
- This is required to appropriately set the LOGS_CONFIG to fetch logs from
the port associated with the runtime logging subscriber
Update DATADOG_DIR path
Keep the DATADOG_DIR in parity with what dd-cf-buildpack assumes in most
scripts, which is `/home/vcap/app/.datadog`
Bump from 0.101.0 -> 1.27.0
