…tically. Versions changed to represent those released with mx 8.6, except for PostgreSQL, which is 42.2.9 instead of 42.2.5 due to some maven plugin limitation.

This is the same as PR #22, except for mx8.6, which will be used as the basis for v3.0.0.
The only changes are that the branching point is the v2.4.0 tag and the jdbc drivers are adjusted to mimic those shipped with mx 8.6 (except for PostgreSQL, due to an issue getting maven to work with the older version).
