Cleanup for release

In this PR I did the following:

• Renamed parameterised to parameterized, to be consistent with the documentation;
• Removed some unused libraries
• Added all JDBC drivers for dbs that Mendix uses to provide a "batteries included" experience when users download the module from the appstore
• Add a pom.xml file to manage those drivers (and existing public database-connector dependencies not used only for testing)
• Add a script that updates those jdbc drivers as well as package a file containing dependency license information
