Cannot start from an empty project and create a blank Mx app itself

Currently user have to prepare an empty Mx project before working with mxcli.

The experience would be improved hugely if mxcli can generate a start up.

Current workaround

You can already create a blank project using the mx tool bundled with mxbuild:

# 1. Download mxbuild
mxcli setup mxbuild --version 11.6.3

# 2. Create blank project (outputs App.mpr in current directory)
mkdir my-app && cd my-app
~/.mxcli/mxbuild/11.6.3/modeler/mx create-project --app-name MyApp

# 3. Initialize AI tooling
mxcli init .

Note: Blank projects have no demo users configured — you'll need to set up security before the app can be logged into.

Proposed improvement: mxcli new

We could wrap the three steps above into a single command:

mxcli new MyApp [--version 11.6.3] [--output-dir ./my-app]

This would auto-download mxbuild, run mx create-project, and run mxcli init in one step.
