Project Corruption While Using Claude

Dear Team,

While we using the MXCli using Claude, we have faced many issues with respect to Project Corruption (MPR corrupt) and creating unwanted hallucinated files. We haven't experienced the same while using cursor but have specifically experienced while using Claude Code.
