RGC-Chart 0.0.6 - Minor Fix

The reason for this being v0.0.6 not v0.0.5 because v0.0.5 had an error and I published it without realizing

Minor fix

• fixed osu event parser (reaallly important)

Breaking changes

• all time related fields are now integers instead of floats, the reasoning for this is that we don't need that percision and a small side product of that is slightly increased performance and we have more flexibility
• The Row structure has been slightly changed instead of a row having an array of NoteTypes we now have an array of Keys which have NoteTypes and slider end times, which leads to a great speed boost to our quaver and osu writers as we don't have to keep searching for the slider ends but this speed increase is only available if parsed from an osu or quaver chart
