RGC-Web 0.0.2 - hotfix

Apparently I'm stupid and forgot the 0.0.1 release, oh well..

new additions

• new 404 page (I forgot to initially make the 404 page)

minor fixes

• fixed file icon appearing large on first visit to "Convert Map" (still somewhat unfixed)
• Osu Particles is now seperated from navbar logic (except it still needs --navbar-color in css style root)
• somewhat fixed sitemap issues (need some improvements after build)
