PermitReceipt Public Evaluation Slice v2.2.3 — IETF Discussion Artifact

Synthetic source-available evaluation artifact for PermitReceipt-based permit-before-commit authorization of AI-agent and workload external effects.

This patch release improves public terminology, long-horizon release hygiene, and boundary discipline for the public evaluation slice. It keeps the artifact synthetic and non-production while adding a glossary, terminology guide, pre-release audit checklist, standards/IPR boundary documentation, evaluation-boundary documentation, reviewer guidance, reproducibility notes, and a public stewardship note.

Scope

This is a synthetic evaluation artifact only.

It does not process live payments, store PAN/SAD, call live processors, provide production non-bypassability, serve as a certification program, serve as a conformance program, act as an official IETF reference implementation, provide a certificate registry or public trust anchor, or grant a patent license.
