Movie Site Backend

This is the backend of a movie site built with Node.js. The backend provides API endpoints to add, delete, retrieve, search, and update movie data.

Features

• Add a Movie: Users can add a new movie to the database.
• Delete a Movie: Users can delete an existing movie from the database.
• Retrieve Movies: Users can retrieve all movies stored in the database.
• Search Movies: Users can search for a specific movie in the database.
• Update Movie Data: Users can update the data of an existing movie.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js (v12.x or higher)
• npm
• dotenv

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/moviesite-backend.git

2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd moviesite-backend

3. Install the dependencies:

   npm install

Running the Server

To start the server, run:

npm start
The server will be running at http://localhost:5000.
