• fix(frontend): use absolute base path so nested SPA routes load assets #291: nested SPA routes (/scans/<id>) no longer render as a blank page (vite base path)
• fix(api): unify scan counters by deriving from scan_files #289: unify scan counters from scan_files so the three displayed numbers agree
• fix(scanner): resume orphan scans with progress instead of cancelling #292: reconcile resumes orphan scans with progress instead of cancelling them
• fix(frontend): use per-instance webhook secret in copy-URL field #293: per-instance webhook URL in the UI uses the per-instance secret (closes Webhook Creation Issue #286)
• chore(api): drop noisy SQLITE_BUSY log on best-effort session-touch #288: silence misleading SQLITE_BUSY noise in the in-app log viewer
