Tracker Role

I would love to see a "Tracker" device role to go along with Companion and Repeater.
This role would be intended for the various GPS enabled devices now available to serve as stand alone trackers without a paired phone.
Currently the best option is to setup a companion, enable GPS, and set a very short advert interval. This works, but is very inefficient. Ideally, a tracker should only advert about once an hour, but immediately advert if its location changes more than a user defined amount (25m, 50m, 100m, etc).
