Proposal: Relaying meshtastic packets

MeshCore nodes relaying / rebroadcasting Meshtastic chirps would greatly improve the adoption rate of MeshCore.

After talking with a lot of meshtastic users, the majority are concerned about reducing the already good meshtastic coverage for the obvious benefits of meshcore routing.

However, if MeshCore relays also rebroadcast meshtastic chirps (with the bare minimum interaction), that concern would be reduced in most cases (furthering adoption of meshcore)

It's win-win for everyone, and would make MeshCore the better choice in most relay deployments.

🤨 these are weird responses considering I'm not the first person to think it would be positive for MeshCore and help drain meshtastic users.

Be salty about meshtastic all you like, but there are 30+ meshtastic nodes around me in central Texas, and 1-2 MeshCore. In an ideal world, MeshCore would exist in a vacuum... However the reality is it doesn't.

Meshtastic improving/reworking their routing would render MeshCore obselete overnight. Guard against that by doing the bare minimum to relay meshtastic packets too... Then it's an easy switch to MeshCore for today's fixed node users.

We don't plan any Meshtastic interoperability.
