ROLE_LOCAL_CHAT with localUI for Companion #1586
Description
Preparing a role where the meshcore node becomes an all-in-one, portable device with its own display and keyboard. This allows for communication directly from the device.
ToDo:
- Add libs for small keyboards as M5stack cardKB with I2C interface
- Add new role ROLE_LOCAL_CHAT
- Add UI views for Oled displays 2-4"
