Device: Elecrow ThinkNode M6
Firmware: MeshCore Repeater v1.15.0
Issue: Solar charging does not work under MeshCore firmware
CLI confirms: get pwrmgt.support returns "not supported"
Verified: Flashed back to Meshtastic - solar works perfectly
Flashed back to MeshCore - solar stops working immediately
This confirms MPPT controller is not being initialized by MeshCore firmware
