Initial support for t-echo UI
I've not experienced issues with refresh, need user feedback for that ...
I've used the normal font,
There is bigger ones, but needs to scale when setting text position, and the text does not fit (depends on firmware but there might be some text that overlaps)
turning on/off the screen activates backlight => lots of light ;) maybe should be dim using a pwm
I still think this display would be better suited to display all messages as in a terminal ... but still need to think some things about that, maybe in a custom firmware ...
