Running cell pack to open recipe locally

Hi, I am trying to run this locally instead of the remote server. Does the program support it?

Thanks. I was able to do it locally. And view it online in the simularit. I want to change the recipe a bit to display a pdb instead of a sphere. So is the Schema v2 here same as cellpack (original) or CellPackGPU? None of the example recipes have a pdb display.

Yes you can use PDBS, it's part of the representation object, https://github.com/mesoscope/cellpack/blob/main/cellpack/autopack/interface_objects/representations.py#L91. We're going to upload an example v2 recipe with pdbs so it's clear how to implement this.
