Beta v0.1.0-1.0

[mesoscopic]

This beta adds controller support!
My controller has some issues, and of course I'm on Linux, so my testing does not guarantee that this works as intended. Please test Micro on controller if you can.

Additions

• Added support for gamepad control
  • Added a new setting to swap the joysticks
  • By default, the left stick is used for movement, the right stick is used for aiming, LT is used for dashing, and RT is used for shooting (or the equivalent actions)
  • The game can be paused with Start/Menu/+ and menus can be closed with Back/-
  • The controller rumbles when taking damage or being recoiled (i.e. from dash interruption), and rumbles slightly when dashing
  • Added a setting to configure rumble - it can be turned off or set to Reduced, decreasing the rumble of major events and removing the rumble of minor ones
• Added section titles to the options menu
  • In the future, I plan to add jumping to sections with Page Up/Down

Changes:

• Reduced most enemies' health and tweaked their damage
• Options now focus when hovered, allowing the descriptions to be seen without changing the setting when using the mouse to navigate the options menu
• The pause and options menus can now be closed with either open_menu (the will-be-customizable key for pausing) or ui_cancel (the universal "close menu" key). Both are bound to ESC on keyboard, so there is no practical difference currently.
• There is now a small delay between coin emission while trading
• Changed the distance between the structures at spawn to prepare for a future change
• Doubled the size of the "spore" particles at spawn

Fixes:

• Fixed a visual error with trader collection particles
• Fixed an error with trader pathfinding when going offscreen by removing trader repathing when the player leaves its trading zone
• Fixed a freeze when the trader miniboss despawned before firing its laser attack
