Diagram & clarify the relationship between the conditional vault and the member DAOs

Questions to consider:
- Should member DAOs exist as accounts of the vault, or as separate programs?
- How should upgrades be handled, if at all? If upgrades are allowed, there needs to be a solution to the tax-evasion problem
