Thanks for setting this up, Ryan! I think this is a good place to store these tools for internal and external contributions.
I also created a doc on notion to house all guides/tools used for development/debugging. I like the notion doc as an exhaustive list of resources because it feels more discover-able with notion's full workspace search. It can also be added to part of the on-boarding for new engineers, so they can reference it whenever they come across a new issue/feature that requires a different tool for setup or debugging.
