This change is a step with some cleanup and lego blocks we will need for sure:
Removes a ton of content that should not live in this repo
Adds workflow that is called by a workflow in metabase/metabase triggered when /docs/** changes
Adds link checker that is metabase.com aware
Creates PRs with _site/docs changes
