- fix: do not attempt to get cpu share if no pids are provided
- feat: divide cpu percent by full cpu "potential"
- feat: add PIDRegistry to record tracked pids & provide them as String
- feat: enable external cpu share recording
Not sure this is the appropriate calculation to do here, especially for mono-threaded processes…
Currently done using PSExtractionStrategy, i.e. using ps' output, which isn't super accurate…
