• checks monthly and groups for github actions

Do we also need to configuration in the repo settings? Like Dependabot security updates and Grouped security updates?

Security updates should now be grouped.

According to the docs, security updates will be triggered independently of the interval. Now security fixes get a grouped PR separate from the other dependency updates.
