For #155, there is an issue reported by a user in which the is-unique constraint is not including @resource-fragment, so many adjacent links that point to the same resource but with unique fragments fail constraint validation as repeats. This update to the inline constraint fixes adds the additional @key-field to include this field in the uniqueness check.
