Tasks

  1. Taskmasters and Peons can create Tasks
  2. Taskmasters and Peons can assign Tasks to Taskmasters and Peons (more than one Peon at a time?)
  3. Taskmasters and Peons can assign a Status to a Task
  4. Status is one of:
    • TODO
    • IN PROGRESS
    • DONE
  5. Tasks have comments? for discussion/collaboration

Lanes

  1. There is one Lane for each Status:
    • TODO
    • IN PROGRESS
    • DONE
  2. User can see a list of all Tasks in a Lane
  3. Moving a Task from one Lane to another updates its Status
