NOTE: The rect drag controls in both the tile editor have been unified to both be bound to SHIFT + LMB (this was a thing in 2.7.0 i just forgot to mention it in the release notes)
this release has ACTUAL LOGGING so im kinda doing it prematurely so i have more time to get Good Info from testers before the stable release is finished
